Turn rough notes into a friendly client update
Sign in with your email and your clients and settings sync to every phone and computer.
- 1 Pick the client you're updating (a sample one is loaded below).
- 2 Type or dictate your rough notes, however messy.
- 3 Choose the update type and voice, then tap Write the update. Edit if needed, then copy or send by text, WhatsApp or email.
A sample client and notes are already filled in, so just tap “Write the update” to see it work. Set your own name in to sign the messages.
Tip: put the client's name in brackets, like (Jo), so messages greet them.
Fill these once per job and Send pre-fills the recipient. Leave blank to pick the contact in your app.
